Convenient to Morton Arboretum. Didn’t use any hotel amenities. Carpet was worn and tearing away at the seams in hallways. Elevator was slow, only 2/3 working with a full hotel. Rooms are dated, no digital clock in room, tv was small compared to today’s standards and other hotels. Shower was very tight with soap/shampoo right in the middle of the wall, could have placed in another location in shower. My husband had to stand sideways in shower because of this. Toilet seat was very loose, moved every time you used it.

CoaCoa was fabulous at the front desk checking me in gave me a room close to my sister, was very friendly and did her job perfectly. She even gave me 2 warm cookies 🍪. She represents your hotel in great fashion!!

The only thing that we found wrong was there was no continental breakfast for the price we paid to stay and that breakfast was an additional charge. We are just used to the breakfast being available at no extra charge! But, that was the only negative thing we found! We will stay here again next trip for sure!

Friendly greeting, Natalie got us two rooms right next to each other! Kids loved the pool. Rooms very comfortable and quiet.
